UFC 2009: Undisputed Preview
Back when THQ first announced that they had acquired the UFC videogame license back in January 2007, I honestly thought that they would crank out a quick and dirty game by Fall ’07 and call it a day. But they didn’t. THQ is putting in a ton of effort into their first UFC game, and from the looks of it, it should definitely do the sport justice. UFC 2009: Undisputed is due out in early 2009 on PS3 and Xbox 360.

Rock Band News and Soundtrack Listing
Rock Band is going to be awesome. You can probably pencil it in as Game of the Year 2007 right now. Sure, BioShock, Halo 3, Mass Effect, Assassin’s Creed, and all the rest will be amazing, but I’m looking forward to Rock Band more than any of them. I have always been a music/rhythm game junkie, and Rock Band looks to deliver everything I have always wanted and more. What makes it so good? Find out right here.

Rainbow Six: Vegas Hands on Preview (X360)
In the past, Tom Clancy games were rather polarizing. You either loved the realism and difficulty, or you didnt. With the new entries in each series, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (and Double Agent) and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, the gameplay has been been tweaked so it is much more inviting for everyone. Thankfully, Rainbow Six: Vegas continues this trend, and the result is something very, very special. This is going to be a huge hit come mid-November.

Need for Speed Carbon Preview (X360)
The next Need for Speed game is nearly upon us and EA has been gracious enough to release a demo of the game on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Need for Speed Carbon is a mix of the things that worked well in the last few NFS games along with some new features that make it unique. Im a big fan of the Need for Speed series, but after giving Carbon a test drive I have to admit Im not completely sold on it yet.

Ninety-Nine Nights Preview (X360)
On August 15th, Microsoft will release Phantagram and Q? Entertainments Ninety-Nine Nights, a brawler in the same vein as the Dynasty Warriors series and Phantagrams own Kingdom Under Fire (minus all of the strategy stuff). Huge battles with hundreds of enemies onscreen at once, great graphics, and solid gameplay are the name of the game here. Amazingly, Ninety-Nine Nights pulls it all off without a hitch. Find out all about it right here in our preview.
